Ivy Nails Lounge provides nail salon services including but not limited to manicures, pedicures, nail art, and related beauty treatments. Our digital services include:

• Self-service check-in kiosk for appointments and walk-ins
• Waitlist management and estimated wait times
• Appointment reminders via SMS and email

Appointments are subject to availability. We kindly ask that you:

• Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• Check in using the kiosk or with a staff member upon arrival
• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance when possible
• Understand that late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling

Walk-in customers are placed on a waitlist and served based on availability. Estimated wait times are approximations and may vary. Your position on the waitlist does not guarantee a specific service time.

Service prices are displayed at the time of booking and in-store. Ivy Nails Lounge reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Payment is due at the time of service completion. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

We strive to provide a welcoming environment for all customers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff or other customers.

Ivy Nails Lounge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or digital platforms. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

All content, branding, and software used in our booking system are the property of Ivy Nails Lounge and its technology providers. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
